Various questions apply:
1. What derivative MCU are you using? 2. What's the position of the JP4 jumper? You might try setting JP4 (Dallas ISP support) to the "no" position and see if that makes a difference. If you set it to the "yes" position and don't have a serial cable connected, the input into the '125 (U11) is undefined and may or may not disable the Dallas reset circuitry which is driven by U11.
