Look at this chip :
nRF905 433/868/915 MHz transceiver
· 8051 compatible microcontroller
· 4 input, 10bit 80ksps ADC
· Single 1.9V to 3.6V supply

But you need room for a small serial EEPROM and the antenna!
You will find that the antenna probably will take up more space than the chips!!!
