#102300 - Philips SOT650-1 3mm x 3mm
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Ok, may be I have to look at another purely 8051 based microcontroller and add the wireless radio transmitter. What do you think about this P89LPC910x from Philips 3mm x 3mm in size? I think I can build on top component overlay for the transmitter only and the bottom component overlay for this microcontroller for microcontroller and other peripheral.

@Claus: adding EEPROM might need more space and consume more power, I'd like to avoid using that one.

@Jez: Can you reffer me that Xilinx?

Best,
Ekawahyu Susilo
