but are you able to recognize 20Hz "blinking" from 40Hz?
easily, everyone tested here can see a LED blink at 65Hz and some can see it at 100Hz. Thus, If you "refresh" a LED you need a refresh rate of, at least, 120Hz or some/all will say it is blinking Erik |
