You have to blink your eyes 20 or 40 times per second, if you see the led always off or always on thats it !!!!!
Sorry, it was inevitable. Have you measured the MCU pin with an scope ?? are you sure it's not blinking ??, i think that with more than 25Hz you don't distinguish the blinking... Regards Robert. |
