The watchdog SFR in AT89S8253 has a different address: WMCON in AT89S53 and AT89S8252 was at 96h, while in AT89S8253 is at 0A7H
Maybe this is the cause. I'm using wdg in an AT89S8253 upgrade-from-89S53 project and it works. Fausto |
