Although not '51, the most impressive processor video I have seen is an AVR-based "single-chip" (well, actually, three-chip) emulator of an old 8080-based local school computer: http://www.kmit.sk/~peto/AVR/smallpmd/index.php . I have met the author and seen it working... Very impressive, besides the video it run-time interprets the 8080 machine code, so it runs the original software...
