#104998 - Switches
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Edgardo Gonzalez said:
I did everything that I was suppose to , i read from the 8052 from my computer, i can read memory, i can look in address for values... now for my problem ... my switches are not showing on the databus ... seems like theres still bus contention.
~ED~

First, how are your switches hooked up? Your schematic does not show them.

Secondly, are you sure you are reading from the right address? Try to read from the switches while monitoring the /OE for your tristate buffers. Do you see the expected pulse?
