Switch closed V < .7 VDC switch opened V > 2.0 VDC This is in general it varies with logic family. You Vcc to the CPU should be 5.0 volts +/- 5% That means 4.5 to 5.5 volts. 5.7V is too High. By the way what is this built on? These white plastic proto boards are not very good for buses. What is the Crystal ? |
