there is nothing "Really unusual!!!!!" on your 89c52.
Your software is wrong. You run into the external memory. Please check, what you do on the end of the program. It must be one of these:

ljmp main ;main loop, most usual way

ljmp 0 ;restart

ljmp $ ;stop

or something similiar
