You were rigth and this is the story:

As I mentioned the software wasn't install well, after I correct that problem I tried again but it didn't work, I cheched the hex file an it was rigth so the only thing that I could do at this point was try with a diferent programmer and everything is working now, so I had two problmes

- Compiler
- Programmer
