#10789 - Data Corruption using NonVolatile RAM |
Hello,
I am using a dallas DS1220 i.e a nonvolatile RAM with 2K memory. Some times during power ON, a few of the locations in the RAM get either corrupted or the data is lost. This does not happen all the time. Data also gets corrupted only at one or two locations and is ok for the other locations. Is it possible that this happens during power ON as the Write cycle destroys this data. How can I prevent this? Regards, Mohit |
