The Dallas NVRAMs got build in supervisory functions so that no external chip is needed. Dallas says these are direct replacements for any standard RAM. And of course I use reset chips. @Mohit: As I wrote above the "hanging" NVRAMs are not permanently damaged. They just look blocked to the micro... |
