#10886 - RE: Data Corruption using NonVolatile RA |
As I posted months before I got another sort of trouble with these NVRAMs.
Sometimes after power-up the uC/Emu can't access the RAM. Then the only way to get the circuit back to life is to replace the DS1220. But the pulled out RAM isn't damaged! If I plug it back later it's running again... Couldn't figure out yet what's happening. |
