Hi Daxx,
1. I would never think about this, before I really need more RAM. Please watch, the 8051 is not a PC and so most 8051 applications need only some bytes of RAM. Also almost all 8051 applications need no graphical user interface, disk operating system and other RAM eating things. 2. If you found an application, which need really huge RAM, but still no faster speed, you can try the DS80C390. It support 4MB of linear address space. Peter |
