Maybe not a direct fit for your needs but there are four Triscend Configurable System-on-Chip (CSoC) devices with a large amount of XDATA SRAM. The program store is external in a standard byte-wide Flash but you can program the Flash via the four-pin JTAG port. The JTAG port also serves as the connection for the source-level debugger for in-system emulation.
The embedded 8052 is clock accelerated, similar to the Dallas 80C320, but without the second dedicated serial port. However, the CSoC devices have up to 250+ PIO pins and up to 30K-gates of embedded programmable logic where you can create your own peripheral set. The four devices in production are shown below.
