Thank you to everyone for all your assistance. I definitely have to get the "Chips" database fully functional so these kind of questions can be easily answered with a query to the database rather than a question to the forum.

In any case, thanks for all the good options you provided me with. I'll review them all and compare prices to see what the best option would be. It's really going to come down to the cheapest part that has at least 8k of EPROM or Flash program memory on-chip and at least 512 bytes of MOVX/SRAM on-chip...
