#115172 - you are way out in left field
Responding to: ???'s previous message
That what does happining in it?
I m using MT8980 as TDM switch.

what on earth dors writing to some RAM slots have to do with "I'm using MT8980"

Should i need another RAM for executing program routine.
1) there is no "execution from RAM" the '51 is Harward
2) what on earth would that accomplish.

make a LED blink that is step 1, do not try to jump in the pool before you can swim.

Download "the bible" and the uVision getting stated guide and work through, not just read the examples, THEN and ONLY then come back.
