#116421 - I agree Responding to: ???'s previous message |
This already is quite a challenge but one I'm mastering in one way of another. My current code runs from FLASH now as well.
@Jan: You have very good points in your last post. Yes, my monitor is one of the standalone ones and yes its user interface is a bit limited. However the latter is a strong point to turn it into a PC controlled one. I want to have a slick interface coded in Python or something similar one day. Having a nice GUI with VT52 or VT100 would be something hot indeed. My current amon52 focuses on functionality however. I want to have the debugging codes run properly before I improve the interface. Better routines for reading bytes and words are clearly needed. Currently mine do not accept BACKSPACE for example. I'm learning alot with this one and that is what counts! PS: Why was this thread marked with "didn't search first"? i clearly stated that it is for fun and educational use (mine in this case) Why do a search for that when the goal is to get things right with your own ideas? I don't really mind, it just puzzles me a bit. |
