Well, yeah. The OP didn't state that he wanted the calculation done fast, just that he wanted it done. If he can wait half an eternity (20 seconds is an eternity for a uC) for his result ...

However, it would be interesting where the longitude and latitude data comes from that is so accurate. I don't think regular GPS has 10 cm accuracy. Differential GPS, maybe ?
