... then the location of the receiver is constrained to an area around the fixed transmitter. If the area is small enough, then the Earth could be considered flat within the area, which would simplify the calculations immensely.
Still, an accuracy of 10 cm would require a granularity smaller than 1/300 s for the longitude and latitude. |
