It seems to me that this is still a homework project. The initial requirement was unrealistic, the MCU is unrealistic, ... get the picture?

There's no point in arguing this further. There are MCU's fast enough to do this in a moderate time, but he didn't choose one. There's a good reason ... he's not looking for a solution, he's looking for someone to do the work for him.
