#118524 - The danger of I know
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Tony wrote : "The CEX4 pin is next to the RESET pin. Is there any chance that a connection/short has 'developed' between these 2 pins?"

You replied: "Corncerning the short, No ! I have tested that"

"Now you post: I find the solution. It was a hardware problem . It fact CEX4 was short to a line on the pcb . This line was the transistor who driving the reset generator.

so you "knew" that there was no short.

The danger of I know is that we all at some times "know" something that is not true. If a possibility is brought up and you "know" that it is not so, the least you can do is check again. I doubt there is any seasoned member here that has not at some time found out that what they "knew" was not so.
