1. pull out your micro from socket, short pins 10 and 11 (Rx and Tx) - do the characters from PC echo now?

2. Please read Jon's excellent guide http://www.8052.com/users/jonled/RS232gd.pdf

3. Your ISR looks terrible - it's customary to PUSH at least PSW and ACC at any ISR entry to avoid possible conflict with "main" (you modify acc and although you don't modify PSW relevantly, a small change in ISR and you end up with troubles).
