I have checked the PC's Software, by shorting the Pin, I thinks it is not Rs232 problem.Above was just the testing program, In original program,issues about the ACC and PSW has taken cared.

Problem is that MCU is sending data,but not receiving,I have taken care what is written in FAQs about reception problems,
Would you please suggest me some other tests to Check.
I am using Pinnacle52
How can I check the integrity of Hex files.
