#119302 - What's a "burning" board?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Greetings, Shahar Di!

If you mean a board that's on fire, you won't need a microcontroller for that.

If you mean a programmer, the 8032 can't be programmed, as it hoas no available on-board EPROM/EEPROM/FLASH.

There are many different types of 805x-like microcontrollers, and they vary widely in how they have to be programmed.

I have a programmer that will program many of them, but the Data-I/O Unisite costs over US$40,000 and that doesn't include all the various package adapters, which can run the total cost over $50K US. Developing your own will probably take upwards of 5 years and cost on the order US$5000000. I somehow believe you'd prefer to limit your choices to a narrower selection that what the UniSite covers.

Why don't you choose an MCU can actually can be programmed and focus on how to program that?
