As a matter of fact, yes your hint did gave me a very good idea of how am i supposed to proceed with next. Thank you very much. :) and i am sorry about the abbreviation 'u' instead of you. It's just becoming one of my habit to type in abbreviation form and did not know that it could possibly be rude in anyway but your advice made me realize that it was indeed sounds a little rude. Thanks again :)

As for Maarten Brock,

I am using AT89C51ED and i am using Keil uVision to compile the code.

any further alternative idea which could be better are always welcomed although russell idea had at least provide me with something to work with for my next few plans.
