Hello Ivan,

Have you confirmed the correct value in the UCFG1 register?

The difference between selecting the 7.37MHz RC oscillator and 400kHz Watchdog oscillator is one single bit. Did you change any other bits in this register?

According to the LPC9221 user manual, the 7.37Mhz RC oscillator is selected by default.
