#122337 - there is always an exception
Responding to: ???'s previous message
there is always an exception but it is NOT Do you really need to use an interrupt in this case?

Just like Richard (I do not intend a comparison of 'count') I have handled 1000s of things with interrupts and in ONE case, I found a better solution.

The issue with interrupts is not "Do you really need to use an interrupt" which is interruptifobia, but "is this the one case in your lifetime, wher you will be better off without" which is "applying the correct mechanism to a problem"

As to the "attck" reaction from James, you see my post as an attack, that is your problem, I actually gave the advice that "those that suffer from Interruptifobia, should find a cure"
