Well, this is called support, doesn't it?
In fact, suport is something more: you always CAN complain... :-) And, note, I asked HERE and - voila, a prompt answer from the author. So, it's not a binary situation - I'd state, rather, that free software is something where the reaction to complaints is less likely... :-D Jan Waclawek |
