Thank you for your promptly reply. It's still unclear to me, I'm not sure if I understand your code correctly: 1/ Test if MSB of var = 1 2/ Rotate left var by 1 then I'm confused at this line: var != 0x01;should it be var != 0x01or var |= 0x01; Best regards, T.L |
