"but I want it my my personnal work at my home" OK, not an amateur, but with the resources of an amateur. If he (after hours?) can manufacture a PCB at work, and use a professional TSSOP removal tool (aren't they amazing things) at work, that will be another story, but till he replies to my cautions and concerns, we will never know.
