I found that the IAP always crash the system when i used serial interrupt to receive serial data.
How can i solve this problem You need to determine why your serial interrupt crashes your IAP! As you've given no details whatsoever of the nature of the crash, how you are handling the serial interrupt, nor how you're doing IAP, there is little else that can be said! Have you thoroughly tested your interrupt-driven serial comms without the IAP? How do you verify that the received data is valid before attempting to write it to the Flash? |
