many statements have been made above that in some form or fashion states this, but let me make it absolutotally clear The IAP routines can not be interrupted
so, if interrupts can not be disabled, you need some other data storage, like maybe a serial EEPROM. If it is something else and can survive disabled interrupts (e.g. the sender will re send till it get OK from the reaciever) then disable the interrupts during IAP. Erik |
