Dear all;
We did some modifications in one of our products. We replaced the ST 334 mcu with Aduc 848. the power supply part of the device and most of the circuitary remained same. now the problem is that the aduc 848 seams to be more suscaptable to the emi and supply line disturbanace. when we tested for power supply disturbance (we applied a burst signal form 200v to 2000v at 5kHz.) the mcu seems to have reset problems. the power supply part of the device is linear. we used 100nf by pass caps at all dvdd and avdd pins of the mcu as manifacturer recomended. Are ADuCs more suscaptable then the competitors parts(ti msc1210 or silabs parts)? has anyone experinced such problems? |
