we used 100nf by pass caps at all dvdd and avdd pins of the mcu as manifacturer recomended.
how long are the traces to the decoupling caps. I can not say about your particular chip (do not use it), but for a certain chip a trace of ~2 cm to the bypass cap was too long. It is easy to test: solder bypass caps directly on the chip, if that helps, you know, if it makes no change you know too. Do remember a wire/trace is not a direct connection it is a series of inductors with capacitors to the surrounding envitonment Erik |
