#125903 - if it is EMI, then here are 2 problems
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I use single side PCB
and
I use 10uF/16V electrolyt Cap and 1KOhm resistor to reset the microcontroller.

Both make you much more suspectible to EMI than having a solid ground plane and using a proper supervisor.

Try one thing:
power the alatm from a separate source and put it next to the bike, rev the bike up and down.

If that works and thr thingy burps when powered from the bike, some ferrites on the lines to the steel box your thingy is encloseed in place at the very point where the wires enter may help.
