We need much more details. A schematic would be helpful.
We need to know, how you input the code, for instance, and what you disable to lock the machine without proper code. In any case, you urgently need a reset chip, some more filtering in front of regulator and a fail safe routine, to prevent that battery voltage dips accidentally lock the machine still while you are sitting on the bike and driving... Normally, you need a solid ground plane to achieve EMI robustness. If not, then at least star point grounding must be provided.
