#126101 - Particular configuration transistor : 8051 output |
Dear Members,
Please help me finding a possible BJT transistor of following specification: 1) suitable for driving/switching small loads at 8051 port pins of P1,P2,and P3.Hence PNP.Max 50V,100mA/200mA. 2) must have pin configuration like Base-Emitter-Collector so that PCB design is straight for ward:-base towards microcontroller through 2k7,supply bus +5V in middle to Emitter,and output fron collector away from board through current limiter. 3) the present job is row driving in column multiplexed led dot matrix which is now done by plastic C100 transistors available in India.(Is it 2SC100? -yet to search).In its absense,I would have preferred my old BC369,added with those tiny heat sinks,except for pin configuration. 4)Is it TO-92 package D?How to google for this headache?
