#126125 - Resistor equiped digital transistors Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Asok,
If you limiting your component selection to your pcb design you are missing all the fun. +5V in middle to Emitter, and output fron collector away from board through current limiter. If your drive is +5V then why choose a 50V transistor? PNP.Max 50V,100mA/200mA. because there are some nice 20V mosfets in SMD if price is not an issue. I suggest, PDTA114ET (SOT23) I have used thousands of these to drive LEDs and seven segment displays driven from AT89S52 port pins. If you are interested in SMD, then I can suggest more parts and their sources in India. Regards, John. |
