I know of no transistor that has the lead configuration of BEC, usually it is either EBC or ECB. Why do you not use integrated drivers like ULN2803 or ULN2981 to solve your pcb headaches? How does one search for the required components? Try the websites of the various manufacturers and come up with a list of candidates. Then find out which ones are available in your country. Sometimes you've got to do some of the work yourself. |
