.. is that you are not supposed to look at the preprocessor output. I know nothing of SDCC, but in keil it would end up in assembly as
mov TH0,#nnH mov TL0,#nnH so, while, when you do what you are not supposed to do (look at the preprocessor output), it may look silly, the final produt is fine. Erik |
