Does anyone know where I can find the specification for a standard JTAG interface (electrical specs, protocols, commands etc..), such as that used on the E5 and PSD chips? I've looked everywhere on the net and all I've established is that it is an SPI based interface, which I already knew anyway! I don't really want to go to the expense of obtaining a copy from IEEE, since I'm a cheap-skate, and what I'm doing is for personal use only.
