There are header files for a lot the registers but unfortunately not for SADEN or SADDR. I have also tried the header files from Atmel, but my compiler wont compile them.

Use an existing wickenhaeuser sfr definition .h file, add SADEN and SADDR uning the same format as e.g. TH0.

did you do it that way?
