Here it is. Note that it refers to AVRs, not Atmels '51 line, which may well be different and not have the protective diodes mentioned in the document.

This compares to a proper circuit with galvanic isolation like an RC reset compares to a real reset generator: Cheap and dangerous.

Also note the complete lack of any warnings about the dangers of 230V AC. I wonder when they'll get sued into oblivion after some "hobbyist" fries himself with this circuit.
