i dont have any idea why ... it should be for public use ... but they have to charge me also for the reset toooo ... 1) This device is to be used for (pseudo?)-medical procedures, and you have stated on more than one occassion that you don't really know all there is to know about the product. 2) You are asking for help to deprive the manufacturer of a portion of their revenue stream from this product. The first reason is all the reason needed to abandon this effort. You're experimenting with life and limb of others. I for one will have no part of it. But that in no way diminishes the weight of the second point. I don't know why you believe "it should be for public use," but unless the owner of the intellectual property in question made it public, you're simply wrong. This fee is obviously part of the revenue stream that the manufacturer included in their marketing plan, and one that you agreed to when purchasing this product. Even if they didn't tell you up front that this was part of the deal, that doesn't make defrauding them right. If they hid this cost of operation from you in order to sell you the system, then you may very well be entitled to legal recourse. But being entitled to legal recourse in no way entitles you to illegal recourse. I won't help you steal. The bottom line is that for either or both of the reasons stated, I won't help you do this and I would caution others to refrain as well. |
