TB8=0;//set programmable 9th data bit so it's a stop bit Certainly not. Stopbit is 1. If you use 0 as 9th bit, the receiver might "perceive" it it as a false startbit (most of the '51 receivers don't check for stopbit properly). That's why you receive garbage. JW |
