Do you mean the interrupt will only run once? If so, I'd have to disagree...

I has another look and the way you do it (the macro confuses the reading - not that there is anything wrong with using macros) it will, indeed run again - a VERY differnt coding style.

Is the chip running? if you (accidentially?) got some configure data into your hex file you may set it to external crystal or some such thing.
