If you can reprogram the device after cycling the power to the board, then it is still configured to use the internal RC oscillator.
Read the status bit and check it is cleared (ISP -> Read Boot Vector and Status Bit...) Did you move the jumper from the Reset position to the Run position? Does the Keil Blinky example still work? Andy |
