unfortunatly i am the one which have opened that post. http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=136747 and in my idea you are polling the ack ,(well i havent seen your full code) well if you are doing so then you have to Re-Transmitt the byte if the sda line is not acknowleding, well for me i was using the at24c04 so in their data sheet the proper idea of polling acknowledge was discussed, one more thing, that, is it nesessary that you poll your ack ? (means that the device can also work without polling, and yes you dont even need delays :-) well look at my code, i am not polling the ack as told in data sheet, well i think you may try my code, (only for testing.....lolz) DareDevil |
